How long does our tour last?

Depending on the tour booked, they are between 2 and 6 hours.

Is there a restroom on board?

No, we ask everyone to arrive early so you can use the restroom prior to departure so you can enjoy the full experience.

How far out does the boat go?

The boat does not go out into the open ocean. We stay in more shallow water. You will be able to see land.

What should you wear?

You can wear whatever attire you are comfortable in. Heels of any kind are not allowed on our vessels to prevent damage and for safety reasons.

Are you wheelchair accessible?

Due to the style of vessels we operate, we are not wheelchair accessible.

Where will we meet for our tour?

You will meet inside the Plant Riverside District lobby, where you will be escorted by a team member to the dock for pick up.

What is our cancelation policy?

For our boat tours, customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48-hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows will be charged the full price.

Will there be food and beverages on my tour?

Absolutely, all our tours come with a delightful assortment of refreshments to ensure you stay fueled during your experience. Indulge in a spread of delectable food and selection of beverages handpicked for your enjoyment. Please note, we kindly request our guests to refrain from bringing any outside food or beverage as we have taken care of all your needs with great attention.

Do I have to wear a life jacket?

If you are an adult, you do not need to wear a life jacket. Life jackets are provided for kids 12 and under and, per USCG rule, they must be worn at all times.

What happens if we get bad weather at the time of our tour?

We watch the weather closely as it changes constantly in Savannah. If the tour needs to be canceled due to weather, we will let you know as soon as the captain makes the call. We will either schedule your family on another tour if there is space or we will move the tour to another time. If we are unable to reschedule, we will issue a full refund.

Is there a set itinerary for each tour?

Not all of our charters have a set itinerary. The captain will carefully monitor the forecast before and during the trip, planning the route according to your preferences.
